Homeowners Association Dues

Dues were approved by lot and homeowners through online voting as part of the January 4, 2025 Annual Meeting.

 

Common area charge (homeowners & lot owners): $76/month

This category includes mowing and maintenance of common areas, road maintenance, snow removal, front gate operation, lake management and preservation, dam mowing and maintenance, association operating expenses and capital reserves.

 

Sewer charge (homeowners & properties under construction): $27/month

Note: Sewer charge includes pumping of each homeowners septic tank every 4 years.

 

Garbage service (homeowners only): $20/month

Note: We are currently negotiating with Rumpke on 2025 rates. Residents may be billed a lower rate.

 

Summary

· Total for Lot owners: $76/month

· Total for Homeowners: $123/month

    (2024 dues were $124/month)

 

Optional - Recycling service: $17.75/month

Note: We are currently negotiating with Rumpke on 2025 rates. Residents may be billed a lower rate.

Other information

Dues are billed monthly at the end of the month.

Residents are encouraged to pay via automatic ACH deposit (vs manual check) as ACH transactions are simpler to process and reduce our accounting costs.
